Neil Schoepp
Neil is responsible for analyzes deals, performing underwriting and securing financing. Neil first started in real estate with small multifamily properties. He then joined the team at MFI Holdings as their underwriter, in which he still performs underwriting for. As one of the founding members of BulMac Properties Neil brings 15 years of real estate experience to the company. He can often be found at seminars and conferences where he stretches his knowledge of the latest trends.
After transferring from the NYPD to the FDNY, Neil became a lieutenant and second in command of his Engine Company. Realizing his desire to continue to serve the community after retirement, Neil went on to co-found the largest preschool in his county and created a Real Estate Group where he teaches others about the magic of investing. Neil also builds houses for those in need through the local Habitat for Humanity chapter.
In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his 2 children and wife of 20 years and keeping busy with fly-fishing and wood-turning and mountain biking.
Douglas McQueen
Douglas is the boots on the ground of BulMAc, he is responsible for finding and securing subject properties. Our voice on the other end of the phone he is more often than not your first point of contact from BulMac, and the driving force to the closing table. Doug gets the deal done, and gets it done with the best interest of both BulMac and the seller in mind, there’s no deal unless we both win.
A licensed Virginia Realtor, and a resident of Hampton Roads for 20+ years he brings with him an expert knowledge of the local community and its residents. The real estate market is complex and there are many reasons a deal goes south, often these issues have nothing to do with the property, with his back round in the Realtor realm he is able to get in front of these issues and head them off making sure all of our deals go smoothly for Bulmac and for you, ensuring we close on time every time.
No stranger to adversity and the front line, Doug spent two decades in the Navy rising to the rank of Senior Chief. His time in the service has ingrained in him a can do attitude and taught him to think out side the box to solve problems, he is an expert at getting things done. He continues to serve in the Active duty component and brings the corps values of Honor, Courage and Commitment to Bulmac. The Navy Chief Petty Officers pride themselves on Integrity, and Doug will have it no other way at BulMac integrity is forefront in everything we do.
Liam Cordray
Liam is our in-house restoration and rehabilitation expert, once the deal is done he takes over. He carefully examines each property and the surrounding area and comes up with the plan to bring each of BulMacs properties to their highest and best. He ensures that all of our properties provide comfortable amenities, sought after features and the best finishes to our residents while maintaining the original beauty of the property while making sure it contributes to the beauty of the surrounding community.
A native of New York City he has performed countless transformations while keeping withing the constraints of time and budget. Liam is a master of finishing projects on time and under budget while delivering a product that blows us away each and every time. Whether it be single family, multi family or commercial he has an uncanny ability to see the finished product and the path to success far before the deal is closed.
Liam is the reason BulMac residents keep coming back, the quality of craftsmanship, attention to detail and level of service he provides to each and every BulMac property is unmatched in the industry, simply said he is the secret sauce to every deal, he makes occupancy easy and makes our residents proud to say they live in a BulMac property.
Jennifer McQueen
Jennifer is our administrative expert, she keeps the BulMac team on a tight schedule and ensures all the moving parts are working together. From managing our front of house, systems and websites she tackles it all. She brings a strong administrative background, an alumni of Tidewater Community College and Old Dominion university, she has served as Office manger for Tidewater Community Colleges Center for Military & Veterans Education and the Naval Safety & Environmental Training Center.
An 8 year Army veteran, with a specialty in logistics Jennifer knows what it takes to run an efficient and effective program. She brings this efficiency to BulMac, ensuring that we operate as effectively as possible with the precision of an elite military unit. She keep us honest and ensures we are in line with the ideals we hold sacred, if not her inner Sargent comes out and quickly gets us back in line.
Jennifer vets each and every piece of correspondence that comes in and out of BulMac, nothing leaves the office without her stamp of approval to ensure that only the best gets through. This means we can rest assured that no re-work is required, no back and forth, no waiting at the last minute to correct a clerical or administrative error.
