Thank you for your interest in one of BulMac Properties rental units. We believe in being up front and honest , below you will find our pre-qualifications for tenancy. If you do not meet these qualifications your rental application will be denied and any fees payed will be forfeited.
Resident Pre-Qualifications
- Valid Government Issued Photo ID
- Valid Social Security Number
- Monthly Income 3x rental amount
- All Income Must be Veifiable
- Minimum 600 credit score
- No Previous Evictions
- Satisfactory backround check
- No Outstanding Judgements
Rental Pre-Screening
The link below will bring you to our resident pre-screening form. The prescreening process is free. Once approved you will receive a link inviting you to fill out an online application, at which point a credit check and background check will be initiated and application fee charged.

Move in Fees
Mandatory fees for all residents.
Fees based on your elections.
- Security Deposit.
- First Months Rent.
- Pet Deposit.
- First Months Pet Rent.
- Holding Fee.
Rent Payments
All Monthly rent and fees associated with your unit are due on the first of the month, all payments must be received by us no later then the 5th of the month to avoid late charges.
We make every effort to issue you a monthly invoice, containing an itemized listing of charges via E-Mail, however invoicing is not required for payment.
Payments may be made online via the Apartments.com portal, or via the United States Postal Service. Online payments are subject to a fee. Payments made by USPS can be in the form of Check (personal or certified) or Money Order and should be made out as follows

Receipts will be provided via the E-Mail address provided at lease signing, once payment is processed.
Payments received after 5:00pm on the 5th will be subject to a late fee as defined in your lease and are applied monthly until balance is paid. Returned Checks will be assessed a $50 returned check fee and late charge will apply if full payment is not then received prior to the 5th.
